The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of buyers, sellers, or agents listed on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Professional Real Estate Jouhrabad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
