Getting Started
To access your management dashboard, click the "Portal" or "Admin Login" link in the header. Use your registered username and password. If you are an agency partner, you will be redirected to your specific agency dashboard where you can see leads and manage inventory.
Individual users can browse and use the Calculator freely. To become a professional partner, use the "Join as Agent" button. Agencies must provide their legal company name and branding to receive a specialized Agency Slug (e.g., site.com/agency-name) which serves as your private property portal.
Agent Ecosystem
Verified agents are professionals who have passed our background check. They receive a Green Checkmark on their profiles, appearing higher in search results and gaining 3x more trust from potential investors.
If you are an Agency Owner (Superadmin/Admin), go to Manage Agents in your sidebar. Click "Add New Agent", upload their professional headshot, contact number, and email. This agent will then be listed under your agency and can be assigned as the primary contact for properties.
Agency Capabilities
Agencies have full control over their sub-ecosystem. You can:
• Add/Edit/Delete Properties with full multimedia support.
• Manage a team of professional agents.
• View and respond to leads/messages from "Contact Agent" forms.
• Customize your Agency Profile with social media links and logos.
• Use your unique Agency URL to share only your listings with clients.
Property Management
Navigate to Manage Properties > Add Property. Fill in the title, location details (City, Area), price (in Lac/Crore), and select the property category (House, Plot, Commercial, etc.).
Every property supports a Primary Thumbnail and a Full Gallery. After saving the main property details, use the "Upload Gallery" section to drag and drop multiple high-resolution photos of the interior and exterior.
Our portal supports modern video integration. In the property editor, you can paste URLs for:
• YouTube Video IDs for cinematic walkthroughs.
• TikTok/Instagram Reels for short, engaging social clips.
• Facebook Video links for social proof.
Social & Branding
Go to Agency Settings in your dashboard. You can add links for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These will appear as clickable icons on your public Agency Page and Agent Profiles, allowing clients to follow your brand.
An Agency Slug is your unique identifier (e.g., bmpdeal). When you share your link using this slug, the entire website filters itself to only show YOUR properties and YOUR agents, effectively acting as your own professional website.
Premium Features & Tools
Click the "Compare" button on any property card to add it to your selection. Use the floating bar at the bottom to "Analyze Now," which creates a side-by-side technical comparison. You can even export this as a Professional PDF Report for offline review.
Go to your Wishlist page and enter your email in the "Multi-Device Sync" section. This connects your favorites to your identity, allowing you to heart properties on your phone and see them instantly on your desktop.
Yes. Our Home Loan Calculator uses standard bank amortization logic, and our Construction Cost Estimator is updated with current Pakistan market rates for cement, steel, and bricks to give you a realistic budget projection.
On any property detail page, use the "Schedule a Private Tour" widget. You can choose between a Physical visit or a Virtual tour (via WhatsApp/Zoom). The agent will receive your request and confirm a time with you via email or phone.
